Partnerships
CGS USA welcomes cooperation with universities, think tanks, civil society organizations, media organizations, professional associations, libraries, foundations, and community groups working on shared public-policy questions.
Ways to partner
- Joint or commissioned research with written independence and publication terms.
- Seminars, conferences, roundtables, and visiting-expert programs.
- Co-published reports, translations, data resources, and public explainers.
- Training, mentoring, fellowships, and academic exchange.
- Media briefings, expert referrals, and public-education initiatives.
- Venue, accessibility, technology, or knowledge support for mission-aligned programs.
Partnership principles
Every partnership must advance the mission, preserve nonpartisanship and editorial independence, identify funding and responsibilities, protect participant and research data, address conflicts, and use accurate public attribution. A partnership does not imply endorsement of every position or activity of either organization.
What to tell us
Tell us about your organization, proposed activity, public purpose, audience, timing, funding, requested CGS USA role, expected outputs, and any political, governmental, or foreign-principal connections.
Discuss a partnership
Terms are set out in writing before work begins, including editorial control, attribution, data handling, and disclosure.
