Corrections Policy
CGS USA is committed to accuracy. We review credible reports of error and correct substantive mistakes clearly and promptly. We do not remove accurate material merely because it is disputed, unfavorable, or has become inconvenient.
How corrections work
- Submit the page or publication title, URL, disputed text, explanation, and supporting source through the Corrections contact category.
- An editor acknowledges and assesses the request, consulting the author, research lead, or subject expert when needed.
- If a substantive correction is warranted, the page is updated and a dated note explains what changed. Material downloadable files are replaced or versioned consistently.
- If no correction is made, CGS USA may explain the basis for the decision when appropriate.
